Customer Chat Now Available!

The Brinks Home Security™ customer experience is built on communicating with you quickly and clearly. In order to better serve our customers, we have added texting for easy and fast two-way communication. There’s no special app or program to download. Customers will simply text the number provided and a Digital Support Specialist will be with them momentarily.

Due to the rebrand, our customer call volume has been extremely high. Please make your customers aware that this is an alternative option. 

Customers can get quick answers to your questions, including:

  • Billing-related inquires
  • Updating account information
  • Troubleshooting
  • Changing your panel battery
  • Checking on a scheduled job
  • & more!

Important to know: Customer Care texting should not be used during an alarm emergency, and does not take the place of emergency monitoring and assistance. The service is only for Customer Care questions and issues.
