Monitronics Authorized Dealer Program Delivers Industry-Leading Training

March 30, 2016 (DALLAS) – In a continually changing and fast paced economy, ongoing training is an invaluable opportunity for growth in any industry. Monitronics recognizes the continual need for developing skillsets and remains at the forefront of industry training for Monitronics Authorized Dealers. Their investment in their partners’ success includes specific training programs led by industry veterans and talented professionals who understand the needs of dealers.  In 2016, Monitronics expanded its training programs to include multiple facets that will drive Monitronics Authorized Dealers to success.

 

Based on dealer requests, the company recently launched its MoniU program, where National Trainer and Account Executives hosted the first of a series of monthly webinars, covering everything from business operations to in-depth sales and marketing training. Based on the program’s tremendous success, Monitronics kicked off their ‘Roadshow’ segment of MoniU in Phoenix, Arizona this February. The MoniU Roadshow is a hands-on seminar that includes two days of interactive classroom training with experienced sales trainers. The next MoniU Roadshow will take place in the second quarter of 2016.

 

The company’s exclusive training program, MoniX , takes place twice a year in Dallas to set dealers on the path to success. Monitronics Authorized Dealers are provided with the opportunity to network, learn from peers and meet their dealer team, including their Account Executive, Account Manager and Dealer Support Specialist. The outcome of MoniX continues to be favorable year after year, resulting in 93 percent of dealers being likely to recommend MoniX Training to their peers.
